2- We have full confidence in our QA team and we are sure that in all cases of production according to the specifications approved by the customer, careful inspection is carried out as well as handling and loading until delivery of the cargo to the shipping or customs. If you see a problem with the product, please take a picture of the packaging and send it along with the order information (invoice number, name, etc.) to the address info@pmd-grp.com  and support WhatsApp number.

The delivery Maximum time is 15 working days after the payment of the advance and confirmation of the final quotations. For each processing based on a template there is an additional cost. Orders are taken in the order in which they arrive, so during busy periods in production, we may notify you of a longer than standard delivery time.

Important! Once an order is placed at the mine or factory, it cannot be changed, so be careful when placing your order to ensure its accuracy.

Prices vary based on quantity, payment, and shipping terms. Therefore prices quoted based on requests. All prices are subject to our final confirmation unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation. Mostly all prices are valid for 15 calendar days.
